Method:
- Mix the Atta, maida, soda and half the slivered almonds together
- Reserve the remaining almonds for the garnish
- Cream K-Lite, butter, salt, nutmeg powder, sugar and vanilla essence together
- Gradually add in the condensed milk and continue mixing
- Add in the milk and mix well
- Lastly, fold in the flour and bind all the ingredients together
- Sheet to 7mm thickness, garnishing the surface with reserved almonds
- Cut into desired shapes and transfer to baking tray
- Bake as specified
- Cool and pack in airtight containers

- Time: 15-20 mins
- Temperature: 1550c
