Ingredients Gms
Whole wheat flour (Atta) 400
Refined flour (Maida) 600
Soda bicarb 10
K-Lite 300
Butter 250
Nutmeg powder 5.75mg
Salt 5
Powder sugar 250
Vanilla essence 6.25
Condensed milk 300
Milk 225
Almond slivers 200
  • Mix the Atta, maida, soda and half the slivered almonds together
  • Reserve the remaining almonds for the garnish
  • Cream K-Lite, butter, salt, nutmeg powder, sugar and vanilla essence together
  • Gradually add in the condensed milk and continue mixing
  • Add in the milk and mix well
  • Lastly, fold in the flour and bind all the ingredients together
  • Sheet to 7mm thickness, garnishing the surface with reserved almonds
  • Cut into desired shapes and transfer to baking tray
  • Bake as specified
  • Cool and pack in airtight containers

  • Time: 15-20 mins
  • Temperature: 1550c
