CakeLite 60
Foodlite 10
Powder Sugar 80
Salt 0.75
Egg 60
Baking powder 3
Water 50
Vanilla essence 0.65
Butter essence 0.65
Pineaaple essence 1.25
Skim milk powder 7.5
Cake Gel 3
Pineapple slice 130
Glazed cherries 15
Pan Spread  
Grain sugar 25
Glycerine 5
Water 10


  • Sieve flour and baking powder together
  • Butter a 6’’ round cake tin,apply the pan spread and neatly arrange the pineapple slices and the cherries on it
  • Reserve a few chopped cherries and a slice of pineappleto toss in with the flour into the batter
  • Cream CakeLite, Foodlite with powder sugar and gel, followed gradually by egg and salt
  • Mix milk powder with water
  • Alternatively add milk mix and flour on low speed
  • Pour the cake batter into the prepared tin

Time & Temperature:

  • Bake in a pre heated 1600c oven for 25 to 30 mins till done
  • Cool and unmould the cake
