Choco Lava Cake

Method:
- Melt Dark Chocolate
- Melt CakeLite when slightly warm add to the melted chocolate and mix
- Whisk sugar and eggs together with vanilla essence till frothy
- Fold in the melted chocolate batter and mix lightly but well
- Fold the Flour
- Scale 100gms in greased and cocoa dusted moulds
- Chill for 30 Mins
- Bake as specified
- Cling wrap and chill in moulds till ready for service. Unmould, microwave for 10-15 secs on high and serve warm

- Temperature: 1900c
