Choco Lava Cake


Ingredients Gms
Dark Chocolate 1400
CakeLite 1000
Powder sugar 1000
Eggs 1000
Egg Yolks 350
Refined Flour 400
Vanilla Essence 12.5


  • Melt Dark Chocolate
  • Melt CakeLite  when slightly  warm  add to the melted chocolate and mix
  • Whisk sugar and eggs together with vanilla essence  till frothy
  • Fold in the melted chocolate batter and mix lightly but well
  • Fold the Flour
  • Scale 100gms  in greased  and cocoa dusted moulds
  • Chill for 30 Mins
  • Bake as specified
  • Cling wrap and chill in moulds till ready for service. Unmould, microwave for 10-15 secs on high and serve warm

  • Time: 9 mins
  • Temperature: 1900c
